A New Face in Retrofit!
A Retrofit Coordinator case study with Fallon Warren.
There has never been a more exciting time to get involved in the retrofit sector. The retrofit community is changing lives by improving living conditions across the country. We sat down for a chat with Fallon Warren, one of our recent graduates of the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management; this is her story.
Fallon joined Orbit in 2007 having previously worked as a housing manager for Local Authorities, Homeless Charities and in the Private Housing Sector. With over 20 years’ experience as a housing professional, consistently delivering high performing outcomes, her passion and motivation for creating warm and high-quality homes has led to her current role leading on the successful delivery of multiple retrofit programs for Orbit Housing Association.
Fallon Warren is a big supporter of the PAS2035 framework and together with her fellow graduates, she is improving best practices in retrofit, pushing energy efficiency to a new level.
“Having the PAS2035 framework and standards, if that’s an industry set standard, that’s really going to drive people to achieve that higher quality of work, and really put the emphasis onto the buildings being sustainable, improving thermal comfort for our customers. Especially with the increase in energy prices and fuel poverty.”
