Level 3 Award in Domestic Energy Assessment and Level 4 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment

A domestic energy assessor (DEA) is a professional who conducts energy assessments, producing energy performance certificates (EPCs) for residential properties. This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to assess a home’s energy efficiency and provide recommendations for improving its energy performance. It includes full accreditation on graduation.

Duration and Content:

8-week fast-track programme
You will be required to attend two full weeks of learning on Week 1 and Week 5 of the course, with independent eLearning study of up to 20 hours per week in the weeks in between.
