Now Accepting Entries For 2025!

WITH SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR SPONSORS

Welcome to the home of the Retrofit Academy Awards, established in 2022 to shine a spotlight on both established and emerging leaders in this dynamic field. We are now accepting entries for The Retrofit Academy Awards 2025, inviting you to showcase your achievements across 10 categories. Whether you’re a Retrofit Coordinator, Designer, Contractor, Installer, or part of a Social Housing or Local Authority programme, this is your chance to gain recognition from an independent judging panel of market-leading experts. By entering, you gain the opportunity to elevate your profile within the retrofit industry, highlight your commitment to excellence, and position yourself as an industry leader. With the entry deadline set for 5pm on Friday 17 January 2025, don’t miss this opportunity to boost your credibility, attract new opportunities, and celebrate your success in the retrofit sector.

Where are they held?

The Retrofit Academy Awards is proud to be hosted as part of the National Retrofit Conference & Expo within Futurebuild 25, set to take place at ExCeL in London, from Tuesday 04 March to Thursday 06 March 2025.

The National Retrofit Conference and Retrofit Academy Awards will bring together industry leaders, innovators, and experts dedicated to advancing the retrofit sector, while Futurebuild 2025 offers attendees a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge practices that are driving the transition to a greener, more sustainable future.

The Retrofit Academy Awards will take place during an informal drinks reception at the end of day one (04/03/25), honouring the achievements of professionals and organisations driving innovation and quality in the industry. By recognising their outstanding contributions, the awards aim to inspire further progress and collaboration within the retrofit sector.

Why Enter?

“Winning one of these awards will identify the best our industry has to offer. They recognise excellence across the twin challenges of increasing the quality and the scale of retrofit in the UK. They will identify the leading professionals making their mark in the PAS 2035 era and the projects that demonstrate that good practice and good value are not mutually exclusive.”

David Pierpoint, CEO – The Retrofit Academy
