WHAT IS A RETROFIT COORDINATOR?

Retrofit coordinators play a pivotal role in the UK’s efforts to decarbonise its housing stock. Central to PAS 2035, the role protects homeowners and clients by managing projects in compliance with the standard.

Retrofit coordinators manage the PAS 2035 process throughout a project. Crucially, they ensure compliance with procurement, specification and delivery of measures in all domestic retrofit projects.

Guiding the decision-making process, the retrofit coordinator protects the resident or homeowner’s interest from survey to handover. This makes them essential for quality assurance and stakeholder liaison.

This course equips you with the skills and knowledge to complete major projects successfully, bringing all key roles involved with whole-house retrofit under your direction. Once complete, you’ll be regarded as one of the most senior professionals on site.
