Across the UK, retrofit programmes are scaling up. The government aims to retrofit many thousands of homes over the next few years, especially in the social housing sector and to support those living in fuel poverty.
However, these programmes are held back by the lack of retrofitters – tradespeople and professionals with the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality retrofit solutions and customer service.
The Retrofit Academy exists to drive the development of that workforce, aiming to train 200,000 competent retrofitters by 2030. Here are the solutions we offer:
