The Retrofit Academy Earns Accreditation as Great Place to Work™ Company

Workforce development partner The Retrofit Academy has been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work-certified™ organisation, showcasing the organisation’s commitment to its four values of being positive, ethical, empowering and practical.

As the driving force in retrofit knowledge and skills, the Staffordshire-based organisation is leading the way across the nation in providing professional training and solutions that enables the delivery of high-quality decarbonisation of homes. Also an accredited living wage company, The Retrofit Academy is aiming to drive high standards for workplaces in the industry, by providing a positive and engaging work environment for its own employees and the learners it trains.

Using validated employee feedback gathered by Great Place to Work®, the accreditation confirms that at least 88% of employees have a consistently positive experience at The Retrofit Academy. In the survey, 100% of respondents also said that management was honest and ethical with its business practices alongside that they are also proud to work there.
